I started as a backend engineer supporting AI and Data Science projects with services and data-processing integrations. During a critical delivery, the AI developer left one day before the customer presentation. Although my background was primarily Java, I learned enough Python and Pandas in less than a day to understand the application, fix its critical issues, execute the pipeline, and deliver the expected results. This became an important step in building a multi-language engineering profile.
I later became Tech Lead for a team maintaining Java microservices. I unblocked technical work, reviewed code, and supported architecture and delivery. The platform processed millions of legal-automation messages through RabbitMQ, consuming data from automated web scraping and integration workflows. I helped design services that scaled automatically with queue depth and processing demand, maintaining throughput and stability during peaks.
